Tiered Integration Inc. ("we", "us") operates an internal software assistant platform ("the integration") used to help manage email and related tasks. This policy explains what the integration does with Gmail data when connected.
Accounts covered. The integration connects to the Gmail accounts of Tiered Integration Inc. and its owner. It is not used with any other accounts.
What the integration can do. The integration can read email content and metadata, and can create draft replies, using the Gmail gmail.readonly and gmail.compose scopes. The integration has no ability to send or delete mail — there is no send function and no delete function implemented anywhere in the system.
AI processing. The integration is built on Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic. When the integration reads or drafts email, the relevant email content is sent to Anthropic for processing. Model training on this data is disabled in our Anthropic account settings. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with any other third party.
Limited Use disclosure. Tiered Integration Inc.'s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and deletion. Email data accessed by the integration is retained only as needed to operate the service. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any retained data, contact calvin@tieredint.com.
